Pistachio ganache tart with compressed strawberries and chocolate garnishes
The second harvest of Ontario strawberries are coming in. I just couldn't resist to make another tart.
Pistachio ganache
100g 35%
150g white chocolate
100g pistachio paste
1. Bring 35% to a boil
2. Pour over white chocolate
3. Stir in pistachio paste
