Christmas Chocolates 2011

I started making chocolates a couple years ago out of a general interest, my critics were my close friends and family. When I first started, I only made rolled truffles from a recipe that I took off the internet. As the years go by, every year it gets more interesting. Here's a picture of this years' box.
